We had purchased Kaff chimney about 3years ago and have since regretted it because the customer service is atrocious.In the first year when four free services were to be provided, we had to call repeatedly to avail service. In the second year, we signed up for Annual maintenance Contract and it was money down the drain because they never came for service. When we called them, it was attended to after several calls were made.
In the third year, we decided to avail service on as and when basis. I have registered complaint vide Complaint No KF74212 on 11.3.2017 and was told that complaint will be attended in 48 hours.
No body visited to attend the complaint and when I called the customer care today to check the status, I am shocked to be told by Ms Tarannum that my complaint status is 'spare part awaited'.
Kaff is a highy priced product in its range and it is expected that the after sales service must be very good.
