I am from dhulian ;Murshidabad district in west bengal. I buy a kitchen chimney from kaff store(bath plaza in dhulian) on 22/10/2020.I pay all the amount.But till now they not install it or not supply me the product I contact severel times but till now no response.As the store is kaff outlet so I contact with you.please tell me what to do.I also want to know is this shop authorized by you or not.cash memo attached
