This is a complaint regarding an order (Order ID: ) placed for two appliances (KOV 70 BA6, KWM HN6 BLK) on 25th December 2020. It was promised in writing by showroom manager and sales person that these items will get delivered within 15 days (before 10th Jan 2021). Now it is 18 days delay and the product is not delivered yet. Sales person, Natrajan (Mob:[protected], and showroom manager, Sudhanshu (Mob:[protected] have stopped picking my call now.
