[Resolved]  Kaff Appliances India Pvt Ltd — Chimney model OPEC 70- self/spontaneous burning

Chimney model OPEC 70 got self burnt spontaneously at midnight on 16/17.10.14 thereby leading to kitchen fire. Chimney totally burnt and damaged. Complaints lodged on 17.10 and again on 29.10.14 (compl nos. TT 90215 & 2415). No action taken yet by firm to replace chimney.
