Had purchased goods worth rs 90300 on 24/12/14.the induction plate never worked.despite repeated complaints nobody helped.the product was taken by Mr dheeraj who claims to be a sales guy.it was returned after a Month still not working.the engineer who came to give the product Mr krishan said it is a useless product.then talking on phone with Mr dheeraj said the right person to talk with is Mr rohit.Mr rohit fixed up a time with me to personally come and check but backed out .I have recordings of all conversations and cctv footage of your, engineers.it is very apparent that they are wanting the guarantee to get over.although Mr dheeraj wants to help Mr rohit has been extremely uncooperative.please help and solve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
