Right from the beginning I have been facing problems with 2 burners. It was replaced once, that too after rigorous follow up and it took almost 3 months for the company to arrange replacement. The new burners again started giving problem after 2 months use. Lodged complaint almost 45 days back. Even today they are not replaced. Latest assurance given is, it will be replaced in next one weeks time. Company's after sales service is very poor. If they are aware that it is design problem, they should replace them with proper burners on their own, instead of waiting for customer complaints. My main worry now is about the cost that I will have to spend on burners once the unit comes out of warranty. Can team at KAFF work out something to support their customers.
