I have purchased KAFF Hob + Chimney with order# 19545 on 13th September, 2020 on KAFF online store and later on 16th Nov a ticket#[protected] was raised for PCB replacement in Chimney as all of a sudden it stopped working but till now (more than 2 months) service was not provided by replacing the faulty PCB part. I'm not able to understand why the hell it will take more than 2 months for 1 part replacement.
I believe if Kaff company would have manufactured it and send it also it should not take more than 2 weeks instead of directly sending from warehouse. This is very very frustrating to me to regularly follow up on this and get same response from customer care that it is pending part replacement.
Regarding customer service - in my whole life I did not see this type of worst customer service as they abruptly end the call while we talking to them which is very unprofessional behavior of the team.
I feel that I had a made a worst decision in my life to buy KAFF products even though we have so many products out there. If you guys are not able to provide please stop selling your products atleast that will save your time as well as our time.
I have almost spoke to customer care for more than 25 times from 2 weeks from the day the ticket was raised but nothing has been changed. Hope atleast this forum will help me to get my problem resolved with KAFF chimney. Was this information helpful? |
