Kaff india has a very bad customer service line.
September 7 I called the customer service, they ask me to book an Appointment for Cooker Hoods from their website.
Their website give error while submitting the form
Kaff online chat will only take sales request and no complaint registration
I had to send a message to 56677 where my messages will be charged to get a callback from them.
I am still unable to contact the company to raise a complaint.
This is the second request for too much noise in the chimney and the usual revert from the company is 3 days from the time of complaint registration.
Is this how a company works in India who doesn't give any value to their customers Was this information helpful? |
