Kaff Appliances India — wine chiller

I bought a kaff wine chiller. I had told them i was putting it in a cabinet. Nobody informed me it’s a free standing chiller even during installation i wasn’t informed. I could have exchanged it that time. They told me to make grills for air and it would work well. It still doesn’t work. But even after several follow ups my problem has not been resolved. I would like my refund. This is not fair on customers.
