I have brought kaff hobb and kaff chimney in the month of Oct.The Hobbs lighter is not working.I have made service request earlier.and ur customer executive has visited and told us one of the ignition lighter is to be replaced.I have been following with him he told me that company's is ready to replace at this moment.Even he seems to be helpless..
