I have raise a service request on 19th of March with service no[protected], and the customer care person told me that the service person will visit within two days, but no one has visited till 5 days and again I called your customer care and they have sent the person on next day and the person visited is unable to solve the problem, and he told that he will visit next day with his senior person and solve the problem, but no one has visited till now and on saturday i have escalated with the senior customer care executive and he promised that he will see that the senior service person will visit on Monday and solve my problem.
But unfortunately no one has visited till now, is this the way u solve the problem by offering worst service from ur end and i will never recommend ur company to anyone, one of the worst after sales service. Was this information helpful? |
