I had purchased a kaff hob with a glass top. The glass top shattered within 15 days o[censored]se and i complained with kaff customer care @[protected]. The complaint reference was sn2316. After 2 - 3 follow-up, i was asked to talk to their service centre @[protected]. Once again after couple of follow-ups, the service representative visited our house, inspected the shattered glass and agreed to replace under warranty within 3 - 5 working days. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Since then, i must have followed up 10 - 12 times and either the phones goes un-answered or the person who answers says he will get the date of installation within 10 - 15 minutes and that never happens.
I was shocked to learn that the complaint sn2316 was closed without the issue being resolved. When i objected for the same with kaff customer care, they asked me to talk to mr. Mohammed asim @[protected] and the phone is not answered inspite of me calling at least 7 - 8 times.
Can some one help me and also ensure that so called multinationals like kaif manage their customer care at a reasonable levels.

burner not working
one burner not working 6 months back.i complained to the dealer agnikone.they said they will send the technitians but they didnt.it is a 4 burner gas stove
