Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that we had been cheated by an online shopping company named http://www.shoppingnsaving.com/. We had received a continuous call from +91 [protected]. There was a lady named Neha called us & pushing us to a deal of mobile cost 1999/- The link of that mobile is ‘http://www.shoppingnsaving.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=64&product_id=6558’. My wife & mother was not aware of such website, so they asked me to purchase that mobile & on other hand the customer care person Neha & Rahul was making pressure on us that the deal is going to close very soon so do an immediate payment. On asking some basic query, the Rahul said that due to website promotion they are giving this offer & within 7 days we will get the order. On 5-6 calls which was about 1 hr of time frame they were trying to be online with us & maintaining the pressure.
As soon as I had made the payment they told us that they will dispatch the item by tomorrow. By following with them for next two days they did not give us the courier docket no. to us. On third day they told us the deal was actually a contest & on winning only than we can get the offer.
Later after reading terms & condition, we came to know that the we are supposed to get the amount to be credited to the shopping cart, but till today the same also not been credited..
Below is the transaction done with the fraud company & the brief of the series happen to us :-

• You people call us & desperately tried to push us into the buying.
• Neha told that the offer is only stand till 7.00 PM of 04th of May 2015. She not said that the offer is actually a contest.
• Rahul who was continue to be online till I made the final payment. In entire process he not tell us to go through terms & condition.
• During the call, when I doubt about the fraud & I asked Rahul about it than he confidently told me that at any point of time you can cancel the order.
• He said within next 7 days you will get the order & the scheme/offer is just there because to promote the website.
• On next day of purchase, on asking docket no. Neha told the boss is not there & he will give the docket no in evening. In evening Rahul said somehow the shipment was not shipped & they will ship next day.
• On 3rd day on following up with the guyz, we noticed they start ignoring our call & taking call from unknown nos to them.
• On same day when Neha took the call & we scolded her than she said pls talk to her boss.. Her boss than told that NEHA IS A FRESHER & SHE MISTAKENLY MISINFORMED. Than we came to know about the same was a contest & there is some terms & condition.
• On 4th day after reading terms & condition, we noticed that whatever the amount we had transacted is supposed to be in our ‘CART PAGE’ which was actually not been credit to us till now.
• On asking them the same, they again misguiding us that the amount will be credit soon whereas there terms & condition page clearly showing that after 5 days the point will be lapsed if the customer not informed them timely.
• Almost I am calling 80-90 calls (My blackberry history has all call -recording) to you guys daily but you hardly responding to 1-2 of them.
• We were in touch with Parmod, Abhishek, Rahul, Razia & Neha but all seem fakes as they are laughing in the background & their voice is clearly sounds that they are making fun o[censored]s.

Yes we did a mistake that we did not wait & check the website background because of smart game played by the player of the website..
Now Imraan Khan, Parmod, Abhishek, Rahul, Razia & Neha all used to laugh on us on asking the status of the order.

Request you to take strict action against them. We already filed a complaint at local police station will share the complaint no as soon as it got resgitered.
