I have visited ENT specialist Dr, Kshitij Bhatnagar on 07/05/2022 with discomfort and uneasyness in my left ear and dryness in my nostrils. just listening to the problem in less than 30 seconds he referred me to the audiologist. It took around 1hour 10 mts to get the audiology report and I rushed to the doctor as he was about to leave. To my surprise, just looking at the report he said no medication required and written do not worry on my prescription. When I asked about my dry nostril, without even checking he asked me to do a CT scan. I'm still experiencing the same discomfort and uneasyness in my left ear. The amount I paid for the service is absolutely not worth. Hence, I request the hospital authority to refund my money so that I can get the better treatment from somewhere else.
