iam completed my degree in this year, but my name is not come in the memo from first year of my degree, so paid challan( january 12th 2011) at ku examination branch about entering my name,and also took my second year memo. but my name is not in the final year short memo, please check my complaint,

Delay in issue of convocation

I have applied for my degree certificate on 26 Feb 2024 in tatkal Reference ID : DC00065322, I tried to track the status of my application, I didn't see any updates related to certificate dispatch, as tatkal duration is 7 days, I need to apply PG certificate once I get the degree certificate.

On 5 mar 2024 I called mobile number: [protected] at 8.00 am, For the first time he answered to my call and asked me to call at 11.00 am, after multiple follow ups, he noted my hall ticket no :[protected], course : BSC(M.ST.CS) computers, year of passing : Mar/Apr 2001, after noted he told me that he will call back after 5 min, but waited 45 min still didn't get call, I called after 45 min again, he told me that, your year of passing is 2001, he has to search in the records currently, he is very busy, it takes more than one more week. I told him that i need in urgent and I have to apply for PG certificate once I get the Degree Certificate, I applied in tatkal and paid 980 + penalty 1000 rupees, after 7 days he telling me that it takes more than 7 days, this is irresponsible and giving me negligence answer after multiple follow ups.

It has been one month, till now I haven't received my original degree certificate.it's shame on you all, does University examination cell really works.Better you guys resign and sit at home.you guys paid for service but won't work.so you guys save money of the postal charges and feed your family.

I have applied for original degree certificate in month of December 19.2023. till now I haven't received my original degree certificate.i tried to contact through email and phone call, but haven't received any reply or couldn't have call answer.my reference ID is DC00057955.
So, kindly request to post original degree certificate.so that I have to go through certificate verification of TS-SET which was held in month of March 2023

Dear sir I am Madhu from Bhadrachalam, I am contact the person Mr. BOCHU GOPI(administrative department) for Migration certificate purpose he taking 700/- rupees from me and i will call he he doesn't response my call & messages
and i contact my college principal sir he told me migration certificate issue in a College you take money return from him this is my complaint against please resolve my complaint

I SriRamya ht no 17568T1512 had applied Original Degree certificate on sep 8 2023 and made the payment online as they mentioned I have to get the OD within 15days but still I didn't received it and when I'm trying to contact the examination branch no one is responding. It's much needed now I have to get my OD kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

My reference ID for this matter is DC00047111, and my Hall Ticket Number is 09016T0001.

I submitted all the necessary documentation and successfully completed the requirements for my degree program within the stipulated time frame. As I have completed my studies and am in the process of applying for job opportunities and further studies, the timely receipt of my Degree Certificate is o[censored]tmost importance.

However, despite the passage of the expected delivery date, I have not yet received my Degree Certificate. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and hindering my ability to proceed with my future plans. I am in urgent need of the certificate for job applications, as well as for admission into postgraduate programs that I am considering.

It's been more than a month since applied for original degree certificate online. Tried to call on their certificates section mobile and landline number. No Response and yet not received my certificates as well.

I have applied for my B.Sc certificate (ref. no. DC[protected] weeks ago. Postal EMS number is not getting update in KUOnline portal. Neither they are responding to mails, not for phone calls. This is very urgent for my Visa application.

So far i haven't received. 15 days over,
I have to submit in office, HR team day by day asking OD of MCA.

As I am studying in semester 1 and since we are freshers I request you to keep alternate days exams ...it will be difficult for us to write well exams ...atleast we should get a fair chance please consider our request...

I Applied for original degree certificate from Kakatiya University BY PAID 1730 Rs. via Tatkal process 15 days, still not received the certificate via postal.University not lift the phone calls.

I have made the payment for the Convocation Degree certificate on 28-Nov-2022, the amount is Debited from my Bank Account but not reflecting on KU Online. The amount is not reversed as well. Attached is the screenshot for the payment. i tried reaching on [protected] and it's always busy. i also tried reaching on [protected] and no body pickup.

Please help to resolve this issue.
