Kakatiya University Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for my Original degree certificate in 2018 and I didn’t receive it through any medium (courier, in-person or others). Not even the University care to notify me regarding it even though it was printed after a month after I applied.
Now, when I finally go all the way to Warangal to the University and ask for my certificate, they say it was lost. I don’t understand it. They say they lost it. The Examination branch of Kakatiya University is known pretty infamously for its laziness and negligence in doing its job, and making students suffer for lengthier times outside the window while the staff just have silly conversations inside. It’s already worse, now they’re getting even worse by even not taking care of the certificates of the students they’re working for.
I sincerely take this moment to point out the inefficiency of the Kakatiya University, Warangal to serve students at it’s least and not being able to live up to its “A” grade. The University doesn’t even deserve a “B” after all.
I don’t see any measures taken against the worst staff of the Examination branch. I have no hope that this complaint is going to matter, although I want to try if there’s still someone out there who can really help, some authorities in all their power do something about it and make it straight with the worst university maintenance ever!

This is kusuma Lavasukumar s/o Chandra sekhar I am completed my graduation in kakatiya University in the year of 2018 on 27th November I was applied for conversation certificate in ku online portal but my amount was cut in my account but the transaction was failed on the day my amount was not return back to my account so please solve my problem

I have applied for my convocation in tatkal on 10th Nov 2020. However its been 32 days i have not received my convocation. I would need the convocation certificate urgently, please help on this. I m assuming if i complain here i would get a resolution as soon as possible. Convocation applied in tatkal should get in 10 days, it been 32 days i have applied. No one is answering the call and no one bother to reply the emails

Sir, i'm mahesh completed my b. Sc frm ku in 2015 through revaluation n instant. When i surrender my instant certificates and applied for revaluation certificate.. Authority said that i took more than 6months from exam date to surrender n provisional will not be given n asked me to apply for convocation, how can i apply convocation without provisional?

Hello sir/madam,

We are students of mca[protected] in kakatiya university. We did not get fee reimbursement for mca 3rd year[protected]. So university management does not allows to give study certificates without release rtf (Reimbursement). We are missing some job opportunities because of above issue. We are contacted to scholarship section but they did not give solution to us problem. They said there is no issue our side issue in your college.

I have been trying to contact kakatiya university staff for bsc mecs 2003 to 2006 syllabus, but no response from them. It's been more than three weeks and they are not even answering the calls and not responding to mails.

If they maintain the syllabus online people like me don't suffer and at least they should check and respond to their official mails which they have mentioned in the ku website. If the responsible persons are doing like what about the others.

I am requesting the government to take some action on this.

As per procedure i have visited kakatiya university hanmakonda and i have recently applied for convocation certificate through window on 31-oct-2018 in tatkal it supposed to be received in 1 week. However i have not received it yet, its very essential for me for visa processing.

Sir iam student from chaitanya degree college. B. Sc. Computers[protected].in my convocation certificate my name is printed by mistake. I applied again by fee rs/- 1500. They done by mistake again in name correction even privisional certificate was correct. How many times i applied?.. They don't have sense while typing name... And your university still in offline based where as other univerities are online. Your university encourages bribe...

We are a faculty members in vinuthna institute of technology & science,

We could not get our salaries that joining time to till now even no advance amount also,

We always asking our pending salaries but the college management was not settling our pending salaries

They are postponing always

We want our salary amount & justice

Kindly take action to that management people and justice to us

Ku examination branch making many mistakes in printing of students memos even repeating the same after applying for reprinting. My sister applied for reprinting of memo 4 times still they did same mistake and now after submitting the memo for correction they are saying your memo is missing we couldn't find. The person who took memo is not answering the call. We tried many times to talk but no one is responding.
How they could be irresponsible to the student career.

I contact the controller of the examiner he told that university already sent to postal department in feb 9 2016 so i contact to the post office people he said still certificate was not recived... హాయ్ సర్ పీజీ 1st sem జనవరి 2017 లో జరిగిన పరీక్షల ఫలితాలు నెట్ లో ఒక విధముగా కాలేజ్ కు పంపించిన షార్ట్ మెమోస్ లో ఒక విధముగా వచ్చాయి. నెట్ లో results 8.35 పాయింట్స్ వచ్చిన వాళ్లకు కాలేజ్ కు పంపించిన షార్ట్ మెమోస్ లో 6.25 results పాయింట్స్ తప్పుగా వచ్చాయి. మీరు ఈ ప్రాబ్లెమ్ పరిష్కరించకపోతే మేము మీడియా కు ఈ విషయాన్ని తెలియచేస్తాము. త్వరగా ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరించండి. లేదంటే న్యూస్ చానెల్స్ కు విషయాన్ని తెలియచేస్తాము. మా దగ్గర ఆధారములు ఉన్నాయి.

ఆఫీసు కు వచ్చినాక కూడా గంటల తరబడి ఫోన్లు మాట్లాడుతూ టైమ్ పాస్ చేస్తున్నాడు.
