Kakatiya University — convocation not received yet which applied in tatkal

I have applied for my convocation in tatkal on 31st may’19. However its been 27 days i have not received my convocation. I would need the convocation certificate urgently, please help on this. I m assuming if i complain here i would get a resolution as soon as possible. Convocation applied in tatkal should get in 10 days, it been 27 days i have applied. Till now i didn’t got any information atleast and reply to the emails which i dropped to university.
