Kakatiya University — Original Degree Certificate BSc

I have applied for original degree certificate on[protected] through online in tatkal mode. Payment also done through online. In tatkal mode it will be received within 15 days but till now I haven't received my original degree certificate. I tried to contact through email and phone call, but haven't received any reply or couldn't have call answer. My reference ID is DC00059052.
So, kindly request to post original degree certificate.so that I have to go higher job purpose. So please kindly do the needful on urgent basis. Here with I attached the payment screen shot along with reference ID for your reference.
