Kaladin — saree return

I had ordered on line one poly silk cotton saree on line bearing AWB NO[protected]. The has been delivered. But after opening the packing we we're surprised to see a different quality/colour of product. I have been desperately trying to contact them over phone no [protected] and also sent mail to [protected]@kaladin.com but the mail address is false. Even phone no printed on bill is also fraud because the person lifts and tells wrong no. It appears that this company is fraud and cheating customers. I request you to please take action and arrange for refund
