Oder placed on 25-07-17 received on 31-07-17. The product no.[protected] was not as described. The material was not as expected. When asked for refund the straight away denied. Despite claiming easy replacement at their website www.kaladin.in.The contact number is not attending the calls and is switched off many times. Kindly help.
