I had ordered on line one poly silk cotton saree on line bearing AWB NO[protected]. The has been delivered. But after opening the packing we we're surprised to see a different quality/colour of product. I have been desperately trying to contact them over phone no [protected] and also sent mail to [protected]@kaladin.com but the mail address is false. Even phone no printed on bill is also fraud because the person lifts and tells wrong no. It appears...

I ordered two lehenga and one dress from kaladin website.
One had a missing product, one design was totally different from the website and one was short.
I have mailed them multiple times but they keep responding with the same email for me to check the website and how the same product was delivered.
Their number is not reachable and email support is just useless....

I bought a ladies gown from kaladin online shopping but the product is not same, as showing in in display at shopping time i seen the, cloth is, looking a cotton but frock is not cotton please refund my money and get back your product or service. I have already call kaladin customer care no [protected] and mail to [protected]@kaladin.in but they didn't response. Kindly provide me my refund....

Oder placed on 25-07-17 received on 31-07-17. The product no.[protected] was not as described. The material was not as expected. When asked for refund the straight away denied. Despite claiming easy replacement at their website www.kaladin.in.The contact number is not attending the calls and is switched off many times. Kindly help.
