I came across this website www.https://kalakaarindiaa.com/ and purchased the 'Gold Veins Slim case cover with custom holder - Blue Marble left one with holder' for my mobile phone.
It was looking very appealing at the beginning as this was a specially designed custom cover so I placed this order on 31st Jan. This item got delivered on 6th Feb and unfortunately the item received is way beyond expectation as all sides open. Ideally back covers are used to shield the mobiles which is unlikely in this case as it has wide spaces open on all sides (Top, bottom, left/right sides).
Since their office closed on Sunday, I called them today post 11AM and explained the entire problem while asking for a refund of the whole amount (399/-) as the product was not at all satisfied. To my surprise, the lady on the other side 'Ms. Rhea was rude and not even helping me instead asked me to raise a complaint via email but the product cannot be exchanged. As per her reason, it was mentioned in their KALAKAAR INDIA site that cutouts allowed for easy access for camera and charging port but nowhere they showed the pictures of side, top and back view of the back covers how it looks, presentation etc. which left the customer confused.

While speaking to Ms. Rhea I found there is no way calls can be transferred to higher authority (supervisor, manager etc.) and you have to deal with this product for a lifetime. It was completely wastage of time as Ms. Rhea doesn't have any solution and gives the same verbatim/response which were asked of her to follow.
I called up their office again and luckily this time got a chance to speak to her supervisor Ms. Vaani but unfortunately she was also of no help and rather than listening to what customers suffer, providing the same old response which I already heard from her junior.
On account of exchange/refund, policies are not at all transparent and something mentioned below 'We don't provide refund for delivered items' and this left me frustrated as who on this earth will apply for refund even before the item is delivered ?...completely nonsense.

I know you/CEO/Manager/your team are not going to help and refund my amount in any regard but through this mail I would like to bring your notice that brand building is important and more important is to maintain them specially when you are competing with other e-commerce sites.
I am going to share this feedback to your blogs, social media platforms like FB, Insta, watsapp and ensure the pain I received while buying this item and talking to your so-called customer team, should not feel for other customers who are planning to buy any item.

WORTHLESS, SHAME, UNSATISFACTORY experience on KALAKAAR INDIA.
