My wife purchased a mobile cover couple of days earlier. She had an iPhone 14+ and by mistake she ordered an iPhone 14 case. She reached out via email and they told they can’t refund/exchange.
They have no return option. They are asking 50 rupees for shipping. If you want to return you need to courier them from your pocket and they won’t refund you. They will provide you a coupon you can use that on their website only. Once you purchased there’s no refund.
