My wife purchased a mobile cover couple of days earlier. She had an iPhone 14+ and by mistake she ordered an iPhone 14 case. She reached out via email and they told they can’t refund/exchange.

Hi, I had ordered a phone cover for One Plus Nord 2T. My orderd ID is 434758. I received it, but the cover has discolouration on the sides. When I contacted the customer service through mail and call, they are not willing for return or exchange. They are saying it is color folds and will be seen in darker colours. Then they should mention that in their site. They are not willing to provide any solution for the issue. The cover looks ugly and I cannot use it for my phone. I had placed my my order on 16th April 2022.the delivery date was 26th April 2022.but still they didn't deliver my number order.and response from them.

I had purchased a mobile phone cover from Kalakaar Indiaa on 20th June, 2021. I received an email with order id and that it has been shipped to my address. After few days, I got another email that the package has been delivered, but I have not received the package. The customer care email or phone number does not exist or reachable.
