My wife purchased a mobile cover couple of days earlier. She had an iPhone 14+ and by mistake she ordered an iPhone 14 case. She reached out via email and they told they can’t refund/exchange.

Hi, I had ordered a phone cover for One Plus Nord 2T. My orderd ID is 434758. I received it, but the cover has discolouration on the sides. When I contacted the customer service through mail and call, they are not willing for return or exchange. They are saying it is color folds and will be seen in darker colours. I had purchased a mobile phone cover from Kalakaar Indiaa on 20th June, 2021. I received an email with order id and that it has been shipped to my address. After few days, I got another email that the package has been delivered, but I have not received the package. The customer care email or phone number does not exist or reachable.
