This website is a SCAM! I hope you all don’t fall prey to it. I have being going back and forth with the customer service. They don’t read the emails properly or speak to you politely. Extremely rude. They also leave no way to speak to a senior colleague and shut you down before the complaint can be made. Even after days of back and forth I have reached NO where with them. They won’t even agree for an exchange let alone a refund of the product. The photos on their website is fake and does not match the actual product. It’s a SCAM! It’s not just a shade difference but also the entire product and its quality. Their products in real life look cheap with cheap chatak colours that do not match their aesthetic photos whatsoever. I can bet the photos on their website are not even their own and they’ve been copied from others on international markets. You wouldn’t pay even their so called low prices if you ever saw these products in real life. And they will NOT budge to give you refunds whatsoever. Was this information helpful? |
