I have returned the order that I placed from wildcraft website. After 10 days I got a mail that the product has failed quality check and they did not initiated refund.

The total amount was 5198/-

I have returned the product in the condition I received. The mail they have sent is utterly pathetic and I am feeling cheated. Please help me with the issue. The order id is [protected]

Refund not delivered since 6-June'2023

Followed up multiple times by calling the customer care at wildcraft but they never refunded the money back. Order Number: O[protected] had ordered for two items(WIKI 6 Fauna Black Backpack with Sleeve Separator
Size :Free Size cost 2, 799 and Wiki Crossbee Messenger Bag Blue, cost 999). When I returned both the items, they did pay me for the Fauna backpack. So I lost Rs2, 799. Consumers hard earned money is lost with such companies...

Refund scam

I am saying this because I got scammed by Wildcraft.
Recently I had ordered a pair of shoes from the Wildcraft official app. I got to know that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of the shoes after 1-2 days of ordering. I had ordered a pair of shoes from wildcraft and I received them on 3/11/24, however they were a smaller size for me so I placed a refund and return request on the same day. The package was picked up from my house on 4/11/24 (screenshot attached below). It has been over a month and I still have not received any refund. When I try to reach their customer service they just tell me that it's going through "security checks" for the past 1 month and I've also been told that they've seen instances where orders are going through these checks for months and months at once.
I need my refund.

    Hi!

    I have had very good experience with Wildcraft bagpacks for several years now. So, when I wanted a new suitcase, I decided to take a chance with Wildcraft again... but am super disappointed with my purchase.

    I bought the bag from Rolla Supermarket (Seegehalli) near my residence.

    The zips are coming apart from all sides. The bag chains are just coming unhinged with the zip handle breaking and the chain coming out, exposing the pockets.

    I expected better from the brand. Please advise.

      Bought a Wildcraft Centauri Large Hard Trolley on 30.08.2023. Unfortunately within a week of purchase, the suitcase cracked and is broken.
      Gave a mail to wlld craft already .( ticket id 37761 )
      finally they replied like ..no warranty for that particular product

      i need an exchange for that product as it got broken within 10 days itself
      i have attached all photos and details with them...

      They have send the product in delay almost upto two weeks.
      And product is not worth as expected since there is no size mentioned I expected and disappointed.
      After raised for return, it's been one week no action on the return process, when contacted Wildcraft they saying no availability of return to my address.how they can able to deliver to my address and not able to provide return service to my address. It is cheating.

        I have given my bag to repair on 25th of September in Kandiwali east store where the shop keeper raised a complaint and raised a request for that later I took the follow up regarding for that shopkeeper helped me regarding for the bag but backend team closed the request that there is the fabric issue it can't be repaired why uhh give such kind of promises and warranty my bag fabric is not as per the mark it's been removing thread from all side now I am not being able to recieve any update for my bag it another request raised for the bag till now no update for my bag do it asap

          I have ordered 2 hypawarm jacket on 2nd June and it was supposed to be delivered by 6th June. I item got delivered on 5th June and the other got delayed. I was out of town from 10th June to 27th June. As per bluedart they have delivered the product on 13th June to some Purnima chowdhury without my consent. After complaining they took the product back and delivered back to wildcraft on 6th of July for which they have provided me with the webel number [protected] and also the receipt of proof which in return I have mailed to wildcraft. On 9th August wildcraft support mailed me confirming that they have received the product and within 7 days I will get my refund. Today is 14th of September still no response

            I have ordered 2 jackets on 2/6/23. It was supposed to be delivered by 6th June. One item got delivered on 5th June and the other item got delayed. I have call 100 times to wildcraft customer support that I will be out of station from 10th June to 27th June. Still without my consent the delivery company Bluedart delivered the item to someone else. I was shocked to see the mail that the product has been delivered to me which wasn'tpossible. When I complained they took the product and delivered back to wildcraft on 6th of July. Bluedart has given me the webel number through which you can find the product easily, also the receipt of proof which I have mailed it to you. On 9th August wildcraft support mailed me confirming that they have received the product and within 7 days I will get my refund. But no response. After thousands of calls Now after a month I got a mail that the product is delivered to me? Is this a joke ? All proofs I have submitted Even the tickets of travel of me not being in WB. After confirming that you have the product one month later just denying?

              Hi all, i bought a travel bag named 'Apollo Large Soft Trolley'with Order Number: O[protected] from wildcraft online worth Rs.6600 on Apr 15, 2023; didnt like the quality so raised a return request on Apr 19, 2023. From there started the mental turmoil.. someone from third party reverse pickup (Xpressbees) came very next day to pickup and looking at the bag, he said that he only has a bike and he cant carry the bag on the bike.. he said he will arrange for proper pickup next day.. no one turned up and i was left to coordinate with both Xpressbees and Wildcraft for pickup.. both were putting blame on each other for pickup delay till May 02, 2023.. was continuously following on mail.. every time same answer - wait for 72 hours!!.. then i went outstation and after returning again started chasing them, this time on phone as well.. so someone said theres no reverse pickup and to selfship to wildcraft bangalore and they will refund the shipping charges as well alongwith the product price; so i was supposed to receive refund of Rs.9, 100 (incl Rs.2500 shipping charges).. this was on May 30, 2023.. i selfshipped the bag and got call from the courier company that wildcraft is not ready to receive the bag.. this was June 7, 2023.. i started chasing them on twitter too now.. they were very responsive on twitter - told me to drop bag at specific gate.. the courier guy went there, was made to wait for an hour and finally the manager again rejected and told to get off the property.. the courier company was also frustrated as they tried 3-4 times and were very treated very badly by wildcraft.. i pleaded them to try one last time.. finally they accepted the return on June 19, 2023 and since then am waiting for the refund of Rs.9, 100.. been chasing on twitter, same reply - be patient will revert at the earliest.. finally told them give me something concrete by July 10, 2023 or am moving to consumer court.. still no reply from them, so now finally here to file a complaint!!

              NEVER.. i repeat NEVER buy from sites except standard sites like Amazon, Flipkart etc (which have good return practices) no matter how lucrative the deal or so called EASY RETURN policy etc.. in my case, the bag was not available so had to resort to their official site and here i made a very grave mistake.. stay away from wildcraft!!

                My refund hasn't arrived yet.

                I had the impression that Wildcraft was a reputable brand and that it always kept its promises.
                Given that it has been 31 days since I started the return, I sincerely hope that you won't disprove my hypothesis.
                Even after numerous follow-ups and my own initiative to self-courier the merchandise to the address you specified, Wildcraft is still unable to refund my money.

                Guys, I hope you realize that I have other things to do in my life besides follow up on the refund. If you are unable to refund, please let me know, I'll presume that I've contributed the money to Wildcraft in charity.

                    I had purchased a bag from Wildcraft portal. I didn't liked it so i requested for returns. Nobody came to collect the bag for over 15 days. Someone had to stay in house to give the bag and it was very annoying. After talking to customer care about the same, they said to ship the product and they will repay the product price & shipment cost. They have repaid the product price but they have not paid for the shipment cost. Over 20 days have passed and they are making false promises. Every time I phone them they ask for 2 more days to process the payment of shipment cost. They have cheated me.

                        Ordered Large Canopus Charcoal Hard Luggage. Received some wrong product. They are not ready to replace product. They are asking to return it and only after quality check they will refund. Till then my money is stuck and i require to buy a luggage urgently and cant buy. I am a student. I dont have active income. I require the luggage immediately to shift. They should arrange for a replacement item at the return pickup only and do all quality checks while taking the return. I have attached pictures of the grey hard trolley bag that i ordered and got the red soft trolley bag.

                          I recently returned wildcraft backpack with order id [protected]..it being 5th day since they have picked up the order but still i haven't received any refund regarding my order i have mailed them..called to their customer care service but they are still not takkmg seriously any issue regarding the order..i and they are still showing me that the bagpack is out for pickup they are saying that the product is still not received at the warehouse...

                          I have returned a product and its being the 5 th that still it is showing me out for pickup and when i asked them for my refund regarding my bagpack with order id- [protected] they are saying me to wait for more 2 days for the refund whenever i call the customer care..worst return service ever whenever i ask they ask me to wait for 2 days..my ticket no is 1410288..

                            I have ordered 12 Wildcraft Compact Laptop Backpack – Black bag(order number - #Ocb58bd) through wildcraft official website on 22.09.2022 and Paid Rs.7794.00 through SBI Netbanking.
                            1. I have received one bag on 26.09.2022.
                            2. Remaining 11 bags got cancelled by Wildcraft side on 24.09.2022 and not received.
                            3. Received refund for First bag amount Rs. 649.50 on 26.09.2022 and another two bags around Rs. 1298 on 03.10.2022
                            4. Till now I received 1 bag and refund for 3 bags worth Rs. 2598.
                            5. I have not received any refund for remaining 8 bags around Rs. 5196.
                            6. For the past nine months I have sent many mails and even talked with customer Executive regarding the above issue, but got same reply from them like “wait for 2-3 working days”. I waited for nine long months to get refund.
                            Please take necessary action
