VERY HARD SAFETY SHOES - GIVING SHOE BITE AND BOILS

I had bought Popcorn Technology Liberty Shoes but the shoe quality is very bad. I thought I spend good money (Rs. 2999) in good brand, will get me a good safety shoes. Unfortunately, I have stopped wearing them.

Recently I purchased force 10 school shoe for my daughter.very 1st day sqeaking sound coming .she refused to use.please give solution for sqeaking sound

This is to draw your attention toward the product we bought last month . It was a slipper with warranty of 60 days and it is damaged ( by just wearing daily ). SO we want to exchange the product . Kindly look into the matter and respond as soon as possible .

I have been buying liberty shoes from several years but this time I purchased liberty shoes on 28.08.2023 and today is 22.11.2023 my shoe sole has developed big & deep cracks and is not in wearable conditions.

I have attached the images of both damaged left and right shoes sole and invoice for reference.

It is requested to kindly replace my shoes as the cracked sole has made it unwearable.

I purchased product on 7/08/2023 but product damaged on 20/08/2023..plz exchange or refund

मैंने दिनांक 21 मई 2023 को लिबर्टी एक्सक्लूसिव शोरूम दिल्ली सप्लायर H.O W Z-1601-D, संत नगर चौक, रानी बाग दिल्ली- 110034 से cash memo no 2871, आर्टिकल नंबर D1-S 2, साइज 36, TAN कलर का 1100/- रुपए का लेडीस फुटवियर खरीदा था! लेकिन कुछ दिनों के बाद ही इस फुटवियर का सोल क्रेक हो गया क्योंकि सेल्समैन ने मुझे 2 महीने की गारंटी दी थी इसलिए मैं इस फुटवियर को लेकर इस लिबर्टी शॉप पर रिपेयर के लिए गई! शॉपकीपर ने इस फुटवियर को कंपनी में भेजने के लिए बोल कर रख लिया और 2 दिन बाद यह बोल कर मुझे वापस कर दिया कि मैंने ही गलत तरीके से इस फुटवियर को इस्तेमाल किया है, अब ना तो यह रिपेयर होगा ना ही बदला जाएगा और ना ही पैसे रिफंड किए जाएंगे ! मेरे साथ दूसरी बार हुआ है यही सेम प्रोडक्ट मैंने पहले भी लिबर्टी से खरीदा था और उसका भी ऐसे ही सोल क्रेक क्रेक हो गया था मैंने सोचा शायद कुछ गड़बड़ होगी कोई बात नहीं लेकिन same प्रॉब्लम जब दूसरे फुटवियर में भी आए तब कुछ शक हुआ कि यह प्रोडक्ट ही डिफेक्टिव है इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है कि या तो यह फुटवियर बदल कर दिया जाए या मेरा 1100/- ₹ का अमाउंट मुझे वापस दिया जाए!

I purchased a shoe from liberty shoe ltd Sco 211 sector 14 Panchkula, Haryana, 134109 dated 30/03/2023.
When my mother used that shoe, the shoe bites her ankle even leading to bleeding through her ankle and felt very uncomfortable even though the cloth inside the shoe gets damaged within 1 hour of wearing it. I did complain about the issue with your showroom within one week they told us it will be repaired and they took almost one month time to repair it please consider my claim request and refund my money back at the earliest. We were the long-term employee associated with Liberty but through this incident, we are really disappointed with your services and product. So I request you to initiate the complete refund for my shoe worth 1499 INR.

I am satish kumar. I purchased liberty shoes on 8 sept 2022 from the liberty showroom. After 3 month shoes sole are torn. Then i visit Liberty showroom. I have submit the shoes in showroom for the repairing after 7 days they return the shoes after repairing but shoes Repairing work is not satisfactory. Quality of Pasting is very bad.

My family is regular customer of liberty shoes I purchase a shoe from liberty showroom Udhampur j&k but the colour of my shoe changed due to the wrong polish given by the showroom. I complained about this to the manager of showroom the manager take back the shoe and assure me that the shoe will be given back to me by removing the wrong polish, but the shoe give back to me after polish afresh still show wrong colour photo is uploaded below for your reference please

I purchase a ladies sandal on 04/09/22 with HAS CODE- 640219, Material CODE[protected]. Article Name- CH127. FROM LIBERTY SHOES LTD. DEOGHAR, JHARKHAND 814112.
After two and half years o[censored]se the sole came off and leather also cracked. On contacting the showroom on 07/12/22 they refused for replacement and insisted on repair. The reason given was that it is out of warranty. I insisted on replacement then they said that after 59 days i have to take approval.
Till date they are insisting of repair instead of getting it replaced.
My family is a very old customer of liberty. And i m shocked with this behaviour and i am loosing faith in liberty. Why to use a branded product if the condition is same as any local product and negligence attitudes of showroom.

I bought liberty shoes vide invoice 2856 dated 04.09.2022 for Rs. 2199/-. After few days of purchase, shoes started having cuts and damages. I wrote to company many times through all available modes but company is not at all responding.

As u can see in the image attached, the shoe cloth seem poorly fit at the heels. Upon walking they are no longer comfortable and don't serve the purpose they were bought for.
I generally have muscle pain in the heel area and thus thought of going for liberty shoes this time as they promise comfort. Unfortunately the dissatisfaction came through.
I am attaching the bill and images for reference. The same looks like manufacturing defect.

We have purchased school shoes for my son, and as per the label the shoes size is same but on is short and another one is long, we can clearly see the difference the by seeking both shoes, but shop keeper argues that both are same, so we left the shoes in the shop it self have and they did not even bother to refund or exchange
