Hello, we are very badly cheated by Kalinga lite co new delhi.address..wz31.. Krishna park, Mahavir Nagar, new delhi.Owner Manish malhotra..GST in..07BTBPM7587H2Z7..Inthe legal name Rajeev malhotra...Phone no.[protected]...One lady named mini was handling our dealing..Her no.[protected]... we have bought two paperplate making machine from this company in Jan 2019. We paid 275000 rs each...and 70000 rs for raw meterial.They sent the machine entirely different from the brochure which was shown.they said machine weight 250 to 300 kg. But it was huge 750 kg machine.one was damaged.they sent a cash receipt only for 40000 rs instead of 275000 rs each...They sent a trainer ., he was not able to do anything because both the machines are not working. We called so many times they are not picking the phone., ..After so many days that lady mini told they are sending mechanic..So far nothing done...Yesterday again we called...Mini has changed her voice by keeping clothes inside her mouth...We found out that..So phone is switched off... We want our money back..We will send the machine back to them..Total 620000 rs.it was buy back guarantee agreement...Pls help us...pls Was this information helpful? | |||

we have bought paperplate making machine from this company in sept2019. We paid 75000 rs each...and 25000 rs for raw meterial.They sent the machine entirely different from the brochure which was shown.
one was damaged.they sent a cash receipt only for 25000 rs instead of 75000 rs each...They sent a trainer ., he was not able to do anything because both the machines are not working. We called so many times they are not picking the phone.
We want our money back..We will send the machine back to them..Total 75000 rs.it was buy back guarantee agreement...Pls help us...pls
