[Resolved] Kalinga Lite Co, New Delhi — cheating by giving damaged machine | |||
Hello, We have bought two paper plate making machine from kalinga lite co. New delhi. Address.. Wz 31, krishna park, mahavir nagar, new delhi. Owner manish malhotra.. Ph no.[protected]. Gst no. 07btbpm7587h2z7 in the name of rajeev malhotra. One lady named mini (May be freud name) is contacting us for the dealing. Her no. [protected].. We bought the machines for 275000 rs each. And also paid 70000 rs for the raw meterial for making paperplate. Total 620000 paid. Two machines reached here but it wasnot the same what they have shown in the brochure. And one machine was totally damaged. They said the weight of the machine is 250-300 kg, but it is huge 750kg machine. One trainer came to train us but both the machines were not in working condition. They gave the receipt for only 40000 rs each instead of 275000 rs. After that they said they will send a mechanic, so far no one is sent.. Not only that they are not attending the phone.. Otherwise the phone is switched off.. We have not yet received the raw meterial so far. We dont want the machines.. We want the cash back.. We will send the machines back to them... You are totally lie writing here. for kind your information if you forgotten so we can remind you . you just paid us in advance 40000 Rs. only . we have receipt of your cash payment . and your balance payment is 580000 who you still did not pay . and 2nd thing is this we mentioned in our brochure raw material is free of cost . and you are again writing lie you paid us 70000 Rs. . and if you wanna clear your matter so please contact on our Mahavir Nagar Head office and clear whatever your issue

I have the proof that way they sold the machine to us. I have attached the image which says free raw material each and every week and it also does say it's buy back for 5 years and it gives the amount that they will pay us for 1000 pieces.

I am SUDHARSANAN I have planned to bought a paper cup producing machine DOUBLE DYE AUTOMATIC for that one lady (ur costomer service person) said that i need to pay Rs.80000 then the material will be given free of cost then your people will take a produced cup 1000 pcs @ 450 rupees..
But i asked that lady Double dye cost is more than 80000 but how u can sell @ 80000, she said that is not a problem u send 80000 so for i transfer 80000 amount. The machine send to me but it was single dye machine.. I asked her why u send single dye but she said it can be altered to double dye by our trainer..
Then She apscond...
After one month another one lady (name nithya) called me, she said pay 25000 for that single dye machine's remaining payment (but 1st lady said need not to pay excess amount )..
I said 1st u send your trainer i will pay after that but she not accepted so far have to hold 25000 in bank itself (she said) now 25000 held by your side.
Then again there is a problem for processing my request so they asked me 50000 commission im shocked the product cost 1lakh for that why i need to pay 50000 but she said cant do anything by her without commission, and she said this commission amount will be the last payment so try to pay and get the dye and raw materials will send within 7 days... Then one gen (name Iswar prasad goyal)was called me to convince to pay commission then i accepted to pay 25000 and transfered this amount have paid the last payment on 28.11.2019.. after that no one is properly responding and they said wrong number...
I have all the proof of payment details and bill sent by your company..
