Kallada G4 Travels — Bus broke down and no alternate arrangement, disappointed

I have booked Two ticket from Marthandam(Kulithurai) 24.12.2023-9.20pm to Chennai(Perungulatur) 9.30 am 25.12.2023 SEAT NO.8ALB & 8BLB - AC Sleeper 2+1 bus AR 01 J 5223 . Ticket No.TSCJ22172432 PNR No.ORED1985248 via RED Bus Mobile Application. Bus stopped near Perambalur in early morning 4.30 am due to Engine issue as informed by the Driver. We have waited along with my 16 months old baby for nearly One hour in the early morning and they have not arranged for any alternate bus, by simply saying catch any government bus and continue your Travel since it is early morning all their Kallada buses have crossed Perambalur and they are unable to arrange alternate bus . It is very dissatisfied and frustrated by this kind of service from a well known bus operator who doesnt care about passenger even the travel got stopped due to Bus operator vehicle issue. I have reached my destination through some other Government Bus (220 * 2) Rs.440 Ticket No.051496 25/12/23 05.29.51 RT NO.G[protected]. 6286. 5205/9258 TN45N8064 with my own expenses above the actual Ticket i have paid to Kallada Travels Rs.3360. Kindly refund the the Ticket fare i have paid to Kallada Travels along with Govt Bus ticket Total Rs. Rs.3800/- for the reason of not arranging alternate buses/Vehicle. Expecting positive response from your side.
