I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the poor service and unacceptable behavior I experienced with your parcel service.

I had booked a bike parcel from Sankarankovil to Chennai through your company, A1 Travels, and paid the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, your team used inappropriate language and treated me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, which is completely unacceptable.

Upon receiving the parcel, I found that my bike had been damaged and the package appeared to be partially opened. I have attached video and image evidence for your reference. asking money

Incident Details:
Bike Model: KTM

Booking Date: Around 10th June 2025

Amount Paid: ₹2000 (transport) + ₹500 (packing) = ₹2500

Expected Delivery: 12th June 2025 (as promised by your team)

Actual Delivery: 16th June 2025

Issues Faced:
Delayed delivery by 4 days without any updates or communication.

Damage to the bike and improper handling – parcel was opened without consent.

Misbehavior by your staff, including the use of bad language and rude treatment.

Refusal to provide any compensation or resolution when I raised my concerns.

I Request the Following:
A full refund or compensation for the delay and damage caused.

A written explanation and action against the staff involved in misbehavior.

A formal apology and assurance that such incidents will not happen in the future.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to:

The Consumer Forum (Government portal)

The Local Police Station (for harassment and misconduct)

Public complaint platforms, including Google Reviews and Social Media

I sincerely hope your team will treat this matter with urgency and provide a responsible resolution.

    While eating, you have to check to see if there are people on the bus or not before taking the bus. They take the bus without even looking at this guy. I don't know how they manage to run all these kinds of trips. I've never seen this before, traveling so badly....

    Subject: Formal Complaint Against Kallada Travels for Unacceptable Service and Financial Loss (PNR: TS[protected]TMOV)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Kallada Travels regarding a distressing incident that occurred on 31st August 2024, during my journey on their Bangalore to Punalur route. My PNR details are TS[protected]TMOV / ORED2334153 / 99DTZ3CG.

    On the day of the journey, I was scheduled to board the bus at 8:15 PM and waited at the designated pickup spot. At the last minute, I was informed that the bus was on the opposite side of the road, across an overbridge—a crucial detail that had not been communicated earlier.

    When the bus arrived, I received a call from the bus staff, and after explaining that I couldn't see the bus, I was informed that I was on the wrong side of the road. Despite requesting just five minutes to cross the road, which involved taking a taxi due to the overbridge, the bus departed without us. This forced me to chase the bus for 15 kilometers to catch it at the next stop, resulting in a taxi charge of ₹1000.

    The behavior of the staff was not only unprofessional but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer care. This incident caused me significant distress and financial loss, which could have been easily avoided with minimal cooperation from the bus staff. Given that the bus operator failed to provide adequate service and caused unnecessary financial loss, I am seeking redress.

    I request the Consumer Forum to take the following actions:

    Reimbursement: Direct Kallada Travels to compensate me for the ₹1000 taxi fare incurred due to their negligence.

    Action Against the Operator: Investigate the conduct of Kallada Travels and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

    Public Warning: Issue a warning to Kallada Travels to ensure they improve their communication and customer service to avoid similar grievances from other passengers.

    I trust that the Consumer Forum will take this complaint seriously and assist in resolving this matter promptly.

      I booked AC sleeper bus service with Kallada Travels G4 for Rs.3000 to travel from Alleppey to Bangalore on 14th April 2024, 21:30.
      There is very poor cooling from AC, I am literally sweating a lot because there is no other air way too. I complained to the bus staff and they reduced the temperature from 25 to 21 and then again increased to 26 saying it is affecting bus speed. They did nothing to solve the complaints raised by passengers. I am very disappointing to have such bad experience, I am not able to sleep although I booked a sleeper. I need a refund of full or atleast half the amount I have paid

        My self Narasimha Murthy, myself and my wife booked ticket for Alleppy on 12th Dec 23 at 9.30 pm from Kalasipalyam. We got call around 6PM on same day and asking us to come to pick place by 8. Our pick up time is 9.30 pm. We stay in different part of city and it take almost 1.30 hour to reach pick up point. The person who called us is adamant on timings... we requested him to wait till 9 pm & he is not agreeing. He is telling go for cancelation. In case we cancel what about our other hotels bookings and other stuffs of tomorrow. Also I am travelling along lady traveler I cant take such risk. Many time we call also operators are admant and dont know how to handle customers. Due to prepone I have spent extra money for travel making arrangements . kallada doesnt value time and money of customers. I strongly want to take this for further enquiry and reimburse all my cost incurred due to this.

          I was travelling from Kayamkulam to Mysore on 5 December 2023, Abhibus booking id: AW[protected], PNR: TS[protected]TGND/OABHI163168. The passengers were asked to get off at Thrissur as they mentioned that the bus was faulty and arranged an alternate bus till Kalpetta. I was asked to wait at Kalpetta for the next bus to Mysore and they left without making sure the next bus arrived. I waited for more than 2 hours and eventually took a taxi to Mysore which cost me Rs.5800. I missed my business meeting and had to reschedule the meeting for the next day. This incurred me an additional cost of a day’s accommodation at the hotel (Rs.2240). Considering the extra expenses incurred (Rs.8040), I request you to kindly reimburse the additional costs.

            I have booked the ticket in Kallada travels from Coimbatore to Chennai on 29th Nov 2023. I have boarded the bus at 11:10 PM where my boarding time is 10:50 PM. And the driver is rash driving and too over speed. Due to the above reason, I have committed nearly twice and requested for rest time 15 min in lower berth. Driver and cleaner is demanding extra money for resting in lower berth, if money is not paid by me then I need to sit in my berth even if I am not feeling well. While requesting rest for 10 minutes, driver is saying that it’s their job to drive over speed to reach the destination and they don’t care about the passengers health. He suggested to raise the concern in any forum and he is forcing me to seat me in my upper berth and do things. This is very poor customer service experience.

              Hello, this is hakkim. I booked the ticket from Pollachi to Bangalore. When the bus was near hosur I saw my laptop bag near my leg then I slept for sometime. When the bus was in electronic City people were getting down that time I saw my laptop bag was not there. I tried calling the driver to stop the bus but it climbed to over bridge. Driver allowed two persons in hosur without any ticket. Now I filed FIR but couldn't trace these two. They might be thief. How the driver allowed without ticket???then what is the need to book the ticket???? Giving contact details???? IS A1 TRAVELS BUS DRIVER ALSO HELPING THIEF????

                Dear sir,
                My wife and friend and her friend were told to get down forcefully in Madivala instead of kalasipalayam. . When they complained to kallada travels bus driver told they have lost the key .
                If you are not going to kalasipalayam you would have not taken the booking of Kalasipalayam. I have arranged the pickup for my wife from kalasipalayam to airport. The cab has charged 700 rs extra plus our time got wasted and the ladies got afraid by the behavior of your staff. They were travelling for first time alone in a bus and they do not even know the routes of Bangalore.
                Your bus journey brings mental stress to my wife and me .

                  I have travelled from Kozhikode to Ettumanoor on 15th may 2023.
                  Scheduled pickup time was 1.30 am. Bus arrived at 4.45 am and destination reaching time was 4.45 am. It reached at 12.15pm .

                  In the website travel time written is 4hours 45mins. I realised that it's impossible to cover distance in below 7hours.
                  So it's a fraud. We got cheated. It should be addressed immediately

                    Bus broke down due to multiple causes.
                    First it broke down near nagarcoil, due to faulty dynamo due to which the AC stopped working and we faced a lot of difficulty due to excess heat because all windows r sealed in AC bus.
                    Then they stopped somewhere in middle for 2 hours at 3am because headlights were not working and then started at 5am
                    Later we reached salem at 8.30, , the bus clutch plates got burned and it stopped completely. Then they shifted us to a different bus and we started at 10 am.
                    We had to reach bangalore at 8.30am. Now it's 10.30 and we r still between salem and dharmapuri.
                    I missed my office and my one pay is deducted. I am forced to take leave without pay.
                    I want my money refunded back

                        Dear Support,

                        I booked the trip TR5Q73240775 but the trip was cancelled due to their bus breakdown.

                        Kallada travels promised to refund the money in Gpay (5864.99 Rs) from Redbus but we have not received any refund yet.

                        Please look into this and do the needful promptly.

                            This is to tell you that residents of c1a block and c2 a block are very irritated with dog barking at night and day. There are new dogs coming to the blocks resulting more chaos in the area

                              Sir,
                              Through goibibo i booked bus ticket from Hyderabad to salem on 15.12.2019 travel date.i had paid Rs.1479 for ticket.on sunday bus delayed 2.30 hours actual departure time is 6.20 p.m but bus started 9.00 p.m and around 6.00 a.m again the bus was breakdown at madiwala, Bangalore.My entire trip plan collapsed and again i spend Rs.4000 to arrange alternate mode of travel to reach salem.I went office late because of your service and entire day makes me irritating because of your bus service.I spent money and I need refund for your worst service and delay.please escalate the issue to your head office.

                                I am roger alfred the owner of infinity solutions canon exclusive shop kollam, today morning we receive a call from kallada travels, that we have a courier from banglore. By afternoon around 4 o clock our staff go there with official stamp to collect the same... But the lady in the office said they didn't receive any courier and asked for the lr no which we didn't have... We inform her that we receive call from u that's why we came... Again he said they didn't receive any parcel in that name... It was a busy street and cannot park our car for so long... But the lady keep behaving in bad manner... As a first time customer with kallada parcel service, this bad experience hurt us. Hence decided not to collect the same.

                                    Am traveling in suresh kallada ar01j5225 tanjavour to trivandrum.in mid of travel around 1:45 am i had tendency to urinate. I approaches the driver cabin to stop for a while. I was made stand der as if i askex something illegal. One driver who was sleeping in customer seat suddenly woke and shouted me to get inside (A big heavy guy). I said i need to go to out for few seconds. He was like dont you understand what am saying just get in back. We will stop for urinate just go amd sit. Are we beggars to you are we traveling free of cost. Warn your staff to talk politely other wise youbwill loose your frequent customers. No matter what luxuries you offer. No one willl be ready to compromise there dignity for laxuary...
                                    Note : they made me to wait for almost half an hour. They stoped in to a place were they can light cigarette nd get tea.
                                    Some thing unexpected from kallada. This will be last, i prefer u last...
