How am i supposed to pay for my installment scheme?? Until feb, i was able to pay via kalyan payments url. Now its not working from march. I am fed up of searching for payment site. If i call customer care, i never got connected to it. Its a real torture for customers. Invest little money in enabling services for customers rather than paying crores and crores for celebrity advertisements.

I am not a new customer. I have been purchasing something or the other every year from the past 10 years from kalyan and its so shameful that they don't even respond.

On 3/7/2019 i have paid the scheme amount 1000 rs through online amount has been debited from my amount, but its showing pending in kalyan votcher status

    I am a old customer of kalyan jwellers camac street, kolkata. Regret to say that yesterday when i visited the kalyan, no proper response has been given. No tea coffee even limited number of drinking water is available at the store. You keep on spending so billions on rupees for decor and prompting your brand but if the customer is not happy then everything is loss. I spoke to the floor manager also but he showed his disability to help us. He said the coffee tea machine is out of order. Very disappointed with his answer. Also there are parking charges for the customer inside, i don't understand why i need to pay for parking or stamp on my parking token before getting out from the kalyan. Solve these issues which pinches customers. Leaving so many other options we have choosen kalyan and request you to let our relationship to rise.

    Three days before myself visited your trivandrum branch, sorry to register the bad impression from your staff side.Nobody attended or ask wht type of ornaments need.waited for 10 minutes in your branch.nobody care nor came at me.

      I have taken diamond set for 1.42l just 2 moths back from marathalli brance bangalore. They clearly told, if you want to sell, we will take for 10% less value but now i want to return or sell, now they telling 102000. Made me surprise. The sales person not responding to me. No issue i never recomand any of my friends and relative to "dnot know the value of the customer".
      Do bussiness but not telling lies to customer. Even i am applied for membership 10k for month

        I'm complaining about the poor service in delivering the ordered jewellery items. It was my wedding jewellery which i ordered and recieved with different sizes and few sets are even missing. My wedding is in coming week and now they are saying like its not possible to make those designs. It was their fault & no actions, worst part is i have ordered all my wedding jewellery from kalyan.

          I am deeply regret to say this to you guys that i have lost complete hope and trust on your services. As there are so many option in current market i trusted your so called genuine customer services but today i have seen your employees that who are well trained manipulation of the figures and rules of the organisation. While purchasing the scheme they mentioned that there no issue even if you forgot to pay for the month so that you can pay on combinly in next month. But at the end of the show they mentioned due to irregularities in you payments we are not able to provide the scheme befits completely. This is how you people think an organisation run on trust and transparency. Anyway thanks once again for your fraud schemes it is a big lesson for me to never trust upon such type schemes and kalyan jewellery marchentice.

            I have purchased a gold bangle under emi scheme which total cost was 35000. I have completed all my installments at the time of despatch mr vishal calls from your support saying that the metal weight has increased and i have to pay 9800 more which is completely unacceptable and im not ready to pay that amount. I want the bangle at the amount promised to me earlier. My name shazia subhan my contact number is [protected] my order id is 135616. Please despatvh my product asap else i have to complain in consumer forum.
            I made a payment of RS 10000 online on 10.05.19 towards my 10th installment of monthly scheme. Due to internet problem I could not get my receipt and any massages received from Kalyan Jewellers. But the amount is deducted from my account of HDFC Bank.
            You are requested to look into my payment and please send me the receipt on my mail address.
            I have been trying to make online payment through website Payments.kalyanjewellers.net but not getting opened & giving problem in making payment against your schemes. Upon intimation to your Indore br. concerned person, asked me to make payment by visiting Indore showroom.If so, the purpose of online payment&continuing the scheme is defeated.

              I decided to purchase a gift voucher form kalyan jewellers website (https://www.kalyanjewellers.net/purchase-gift-voucher.php) on february 27, 2019. After filling up the requisite forms, i was directed towards payments site, and i paid rs. 5000/- (Inr five thousand rupees only) to kalyan jewellers via sbi internet banking. The amount of rs. 5000/ got deducted from my account instantly, and it got credited to kalyan jewellers account. I have my bank statement as proof. However, no option of printing the gift voucher came to me.
              I contacted the customer care phone number, and they said they only deal with 'offline purchase', whereas i purchased online. So they provided an email, and told me to send a detailed report on that email. I did so, and also attached the banking transaction record as proof.

              I request them to kindly refund the amount of rs. 5000/- to my bank account from where the original transaction was made.
              Till date i got no response from the company. It saddens me that a company of such name would resort to this kind of dirty business.

              I request advice on how i could get refund from them.

                I have purchased gold mangal sutra from kalyan jewellers which is faulty design, due to faulty design mangalsutra turn round on neck and looks ugly. When I go to showroom at baroda salesman replied we can not do anything in this. I think I have wasted my money and values in time.very poor response received from manager and salesman that we can not do anything in this case you have to manage by own with design only.

                I think this is very crucial matter of not attaining customer complaint at showroom.

                I have register the complaint in their complaint book but till date no response received from them. This shows poor approach.

                    Pothencode kalyan office - they pushed me to join akshaya scheme before 5 months. After i joined they will not come properly to collect monthly payment, every month i called several times then they will collect on end of month. My join date is 11. This month i called several times already and got reply everytime that will collect tomarrow. Till this time will not come for collection. What can i do? If you dont know to manage your staffs then dont go for this type of fu.

                          Hi, i bought a bracelet for my wife and the sales men pushed me to buy the diamond+gold bracelet, whereas i wanted to buy the gold bracelet only..

                          As i gifted it to my wife she said she just want the gold bracelet and not the one with diamond.. So today within 10 hours we went back to replace it..

                          But they are saying they can't replace it with any gold item..

                          This is ridiculous.. We never wanted a diamond item and only they tricked us into buying it.. Now they are declining to replace it..

                          I am complaining about my installment amount struck... last time it was 5000 rupees. yesterday i deposited 3000 rupees... it should be 8000 total... but its showing only 7000.. kindly check and clear this issue. i have proof for this.

                            Went to kalyan jewellers (Karol bagh) on 30/12/18, bought gold jewellery cost of rs. 38000, after bill payment they started to offer coffee for us (They mean only customers who pay cash).. Whatever we just asked about gift that they assured though their advertisement starring (Manju warrior).. They were telling that offer is applied only for south and we won't offer any gifts! Just thought for a moment whether i'm still standing in kalyan!! Thinks of a son with two father!! Fraud practice..!

                                  Please look into this matter on an urgent basis as all other apps are working so why kalyan app requires unique kind of connection.

                                      I have open a monthly scheme over kalyan jeweller and i got completed in august 2018 and when i gone for purchase they have change the discount amount and 11 month installment amount over printed bill. I have received one hand made bill and post multiple reminder i got original bill and found fraud of 3000 which is marked as discount and reduced my installment amount.
                                      I had purchased a 11 month scheme which promised zero making charge on gold jewellery

                                      but on maturity they charged 50 percent making charge

                                      on questioning them they said you had 2 or 3 days delayed payment in two or three specific months

                                      nothing was as such written in the bond etc...

                                      they cheated me in this case
                                      I purchased nacklace from vadodara, i shock with this product, there is corrosion at join of thread. very disapointed for kalyan take huge price but quality is very very poor.

                                        I has ordered a finger ring with emerald stone against a specific design shown by kalyan themselves. Several people from kalyan tried thereafter selling a wrong design after i had made an advance payment for the rign and full payment for the emerald stone.. I am yet to get the ring and the entire experience with kalyan has made me believe that they are a bunch of cheats. I hope the management does something about the people at the front of end customer experience such as these. The branch is located near commercial street, dickenson road, bangalore
