Misleading gold deposit/exchange scheme, GST burden, and refusal to accept written complaint

My wife, Kalari Kanaka Mahalakshmi, joined Khazana Jewellery’s gold deposit/exchange scheme on[protected]. We deposited 60.384 grams of gold under Receipt No. 50R4016.

The showroom staff represented the scheme as a deposit/exchange benefit scheme. However, at maturity, they are treating it as a new purchase and demanding GST on the final bill without providing any proper written clarification.

Khazana jewellery t nagar, chennai has left me with an absolutely bad situation. I have purchased a long chain with 48 grams from them in the year Nov-2015, Recently I went to exchange and checked the weight it's been 42 grams(loss of 6 grams). I showed the bill and argued with the store manager and branch manager, there is no solution I got from them. I asked how this much grams will be reduced? During selling they increased the weight with wax coating or any other soluble items to increase the weight. Now they claim this is not their original bill. Actually I am preserving all the bills that I bought. I have mailed 3 times, but didn't get a reply from them.Finally they called me and said, DO WHAT YOU CAN DO?.They are all cheating and playing with the customers hard earned money. Surely God will punish them.

    I have purchased vaddanam without belt type at your Vishakapatnam branch. There is no suitable silver belt at your branch. Your personal asked me to give the newly purchased vaddanam also to prepare suitable silver belt at your Chennai branch. Accordingly I have given newly purchased vaddanam for preparing belt. My order no is 50RM24-643 dated 19.01.24 due date is 22.2.24. But till date your personal not able to deliver the vaddanam and not in position to tell when it will be delivered. I have a function at my home I need it urgently. Please let me know immediately and arrange for delivery.

        Had a bad experience with khazana jewellery anantapur branch. Yesterday ie. On 03/12/2023 I had purchased ladies bracelet & hangings worth 1, 14, 250. After billing came to know that bracelet hook is damaged & they told that they will repair it. But after verification concerned person told that the hook is not repairable, it should be replace. It's totally branch responsibility to replace the hook and handover to me right. But they refused to replace & make me purchase another hook with GST and damaged hook as selling gold.
        Even in the same day also they were not able to replace the hook. Even though it's a small amount of loss for me but I am totally disappointed with their service... And also they will force us to purchase monthly scheme for the sake of discount...🤦

          Worst service ever experienced with Khazana. Purchased a diamond ring in Kphb Hyderabad store and with in 24 hours there's a damage and when we asked the same the store manager is saying it takes 30 days to get it repaired which is an irresponsible and irrelevant answer. I need an immediate resolution for this

            Hello Khazana,

            I thought your are very good at taking care of customer service. You team provide that its very very worst customer service.

            This is Venkatesh from Vizag I have taken one gold item from Vizag branch beside Sangam Sarat theatre. November 9 evening i paid amount thorough Phoenpe (18901) transaction was successfully completed, but your team said that amount was not received to Us so need to do again repayment. As per your team guidelines I paid the amount immediately and taken the item.

            The next day Khazana team called and said that your was received to us so please come and sign the papers as per their requirements. I came and sign the papers. They sadi within 4 days amount will credit.

            After 4 days I checked my Balance but amount was not received, I called to your team 100 more times but no response from your side. Till the date no response.

            Now am in your showroom no one is responding for that simply saying that Monday will receive the amount is this fair you people think.

            In this week I have struggled very lot without any amount in bank I am checking every minute that Khazana team will send amount morning afternoon evening night.

              This is Srikanth I m one of the customer to khazana jewellery monthly scheme. Yesterday I went to khazana jewellery for payment of my scheme but I don't know about timings of jewellery I went around 8:30 that time they are closing the shutter I asked security what happened he said this is closing time sir, then I asked to him allow me his trying to allow me branch manager came out and his talked with very worst . I m also employee in organisation but I never talk to the customer like him he don't give respect to customers I'm not satisfied with this.

                I had bought 5 savaran thali chain last year. The color of the chain has completely changed. Today I went to the shop and showed them the reason they were not acceptable. When I asked them to replace it, they could not do anything like that, they said that they will only put polish, they put polish, the stone on the facade is missing and the polishing is not right and not satisfied.. Please do something for the issue... I'm very very disappointed with the purchase...

                    , I had a gold scheme and after closure period, I purchased gold and started a new scheme for Rs10000/ on 29.09.2023.After deduction of the scheme amount I paid the difference amount Rs 34192/-including scheme instalment Rs.10000/-.But the proprietor of the shop at Berhampur Ganjam Odisha did not respond and did not give the ornament on the plea that the amount was directly credited to main office account. Here I am to state that due to network failure I could not remit the money through phonepe. I contacted my son who remitted the amount from his ICICI Bank account through the provided QR code of the khazana store. But till now the shopkeeper is not responding to my request and not handing over the purchased item. It's a sensitive matter, that the ornament was purchased on the Birthday. But the very purpose failed. Pl intervene in the matter. I am attaching the remittance particulars for your reference.

                    Issue yet to be resolved. Very slow response.
                    Scheme Ms No. 60Q5457 and Ms No. 60Q5458 closed. Purchased ornament and paid balance amount Rs 34192 online including the new scheme instalment Rs.10000 on 29.
                    09.2023. But till now billing not done and item not given to us inspite of several requests.

                      I purchased one silver chombu, I use yearly twice for Pooja.Its started rusting inside and it had very small hole( dot size).I submitted to polish and repair the small hole, they told they have to send it to Chennai as they don't have repair facility at Bangalore they took one and half month time.After week without my permission and information they tried to repair it and made big hole and told me to collect the chombu without repair.

                      By paying for silver is i bought iron ???

                      What kind of service and quality u people are providing to customer by collecting silver price?

                                I have a scheme for rs.5000/- at Station Road khazana showroom visakhapatnam ( old showroom). I regularly paid all the installments and it's rejecting the final payment.When I contacted the showroom they have directed me to the cash counter.The person there was very impatient with me, when I have asked about my doubt for 2times, he simply disconnected the call. I am a very regular loyal n valuable customer to Khazana.U can check my purchases and the amount of gold through my mobile number. I referred the brand to many but now I feel that the brand is loosing it's grace.

                                  I have taken four monthly scheme from your showroom at Berhampur, Odisha. My Ms no is 60Q6240, 60Q6241, 60Q7386 and 60Q7387.
                                  I have visited to above showroom five times to collect my gift eligible as per scheme amount. Every time they assured me the gift is not available now. In fourth visit, I request them to note my phone number and inform me when gift is available. But after one month I have not received any call from showroom . In last visit on 24/06/2023, I got same replay that the gift is not available now. But all discussion, they said me when gift is available, we will hand over the same at your premises. Now they said u collect the same from our shop.
                                  Khazana Jewellery is a known brand and have good reputation in market.
                                  If they behave same thing with other customer like me, than God only save ur goodwill.
                                  Expecting a good move from ur end.
