[Resolved] Kalyan Jewellers — misbehavior/unethical behaviour from the sales rep | |||
We have ordered gold for marriage and was provided a date from a sales rep that they will come and collect the money. However when the date came, the corona pandemic was happening and the sales rep confirmed that he will visit us later to collect the money. Now, he visited us telling that we need to pay the gold rate of today (27 may 2020) as we missed the appointment (Which was rescheduled by the sales rep) When we called, he threatened us asking us to move legally if we want to.
