Today I made a payment of Rs 7000 for my installment as per the scheme opened in kalyan jewellers in month of November 2023. I made payment using upi, Phonepe and over there as well as in my bank account I have proof where it shows that the amount has been successfully transferred to kalyan jewellers. Now my moto to raise this complaint is either get the same amount reflected under my scheme as installment and if not refund my money back...

Waiting sinces 1 hrs to buy gold ornaments but no jas been yet there to attain me show the jewellers
This is how they show service to the clients and every time when they get offers they call me and give there irrelevant offer

This is for third time i am complaining about your staff no response from your side your staff are getting worse day by day now they start teasing my staff girls. And they continuously staring at my store opposite of your store in kakinada Andhra pradesh. Expecting quick response and strict action against them thank you....

Description: I had previously bought a number of jewellery at the store mentioned above (Kalyan Jewellers Ahmedabad). I also had a scheme with them which is now completed. I kept getting phone calls from them while I was overseas....

I have paid my scheme amount of rs 10, 000 for the month of Nov2023 through upi but it's not reflected on ledger Nov 2023.Amount got debited from my bank account and I received payment successfully mail as well.
I have attached the screenshot of payment successful mail and debited amount proof . Can anyone please help me and update it on my ledger.

I closed my 2 gold schemes which I have started in pondicherry kalyan jwelers .

Due to my personal work I am unable to purchase jewels at pondy so, I opted t-nagar kalyan jwelers. Though I went around 7:45 pm on October 2 nd (monday) . We choose the jewels around 8:45 pm. They didn't explain the cost split up to us properly.

I shopped from Kalyan's online store couple of times before, every time they delays the delivery. Since I like the designs again I placed the order thinking that previous delays are just an exception and they might have fixed the issues. Recently I placed order for two items and the due date is 6th October, but they informed that its going to be delayed. I seriously doubt whether the senior management is aware about this mismanagements....

I purchased Dimond ornaments with Karve Nagar, Pune branch. item was large in size and I want to resize it but at the time of purchase, those guys told me to come next week or this weekend early in the morning and by evening will get resized one. so I purchased it.

Now they are saying you have to keep that item with us for at least a week because we have to send it to the Mumbai branch.

I am afra subeen your's kalyan jewellers customer. I paid Rs.3000 online payment on 28/07/2023 at 2.45pm. Amount debited in my bank account but not show in your Kalyan transaction, not received SMS on my registered mobile [protected]. Please verify and solve this problem as soon as possible sir. Yesterday i called kalyan jewellers and they told they can see transaction was done through UPI billdesk successfully but it was not updated in ledger....

I purchased the e-voucher of kalyan from my HDFC Bank against he credit card points. I go to the kalyan Jewellers Ahmedabad outlet, he says you can not purchase the Gold coin on these voucher. On HDFC bank side there is no T&C details. I am adding of photo of that guy who is responsible for these....

Old ornaments were melted and machine identoified 84% purity of gold.

At the time of valuation of old gold it was calculated at 84% of prevaling 22 CT gold rate.

I am of the opinion that when purity is identified at 84% of gold the value of gold should be calculated at 84% of prevaling 24CT gold rate....
