This complaint is regarding a purchase of Ring weighted around 3.80gm, I purchased it in the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras 2021 but with in 3 months o[censored]se at first I saw the American diamonds got damage & later on I found that even the ring got completely molded. I went to the store from where I purchased it but there was no cooperation from staff neither store manager was cooperative enough & they were not ready to adjust the making charge incase of exchange. This is something which is not expected from such a brand like Kalyan Jewelers which is being endorsed by big names like Amitabh Bachchan. I need a proper solution rather than servicing I want Kalyan Jewelers to compensate the making charge in terms of exchanging.
