Kalyan Jewellers — Resale of Gold ornaments and no amount credited in account after sale

I have purchased gold ornament 16gm from Kalyan jewellers and sold the gold chain after some months. I have been told that the gold ornaments amount will not be paid by cash instead i have to fill RTGS form for online transaction. I filled the form for 39, 000/-rs online transaction but no amount credited in account for 4 days when it should happen in 2 hrs. I have been told 4th day that there is bank strike in Kerala when i sold the oranament in Vashi, Mumbai. I didnt understand the logic of online payment made by Kalyan jewllers and bank strike which are 2 different thing. I was given false information of bank on strike which is no were on paper or TV channels. I dont know they cheat the people this way. I want to take to high court on cheating scam.
