I purchased Silver kadda on 8th Aug in night, On 10th i gone to showroom with complaint of Black coloured on inner side of Kadda,
The executive simply polished it and handover me by saying it's Original silver with S925 mark, I paid 4700 for it.
Again after 10days same problem, even worst then earlier arise, Showroom is 19km 1way from my residence.
It's not possible for me to go.
I purchased it by seeing the quality and brand of Kalyaan.
But now i need my full payment BACK.

It creates skin allergy also on my hand.I never have any type of skin reaction from Silver or any Type of metal.
I am an old customer of kalyaan since last 5-7yrs.
