[Resolved] Kalyan Jewellers — store related complaint | |||
I had a very bad experience in kalyan jewelers, i had given a chain for repair which i got it from al nadha sharjah kalyan which was such a poor quality. I gave it for repair on 31st jan 2020 & i was been promised that they will fix it & give a call in 10 days, one sales guy over there was very rude & aggressive. Since so many days we are calling there number & it’s always busy. Today we called lulu hypermarket whom we informed to arrange a call from kalyan. Someone called & said chain was ready 2 days back. When i asked why we were not called he straight away replied that i was not answering which is a lie as i never received any calls from them & later when i said don’t lie & shouted than he said my phone was not reachable were in my phone is never switchoff. This shows how they are careless in there product plus, behavior plus delay in replair plus not informing & telling lies Was this information helpful? | |||
