kalyan jewellery — my kalyan online payment option not available

I tried paying my monthly installment scheme through Kalyan jewellers online payment option (https://payments.kalyanjewellers.net/)and it never works. It's torturing to customer. Cheating option to pay online which never allows customers to pay.

last month(Mar-2019), I had to call near by MY kalyan outlet and transferred money via paytm, so that he can pay .

How idiotic it is. you guys spend crores of money on advertisements and don't even provide basic facility to the customers for ease of online payments.
