Kalyan Silks — Damaged saree given

I purchased a wedding saree worth 15000 from Kalyan silks on 8th jan 2024 .marriage was on feb 4th on that day i opened the box and wondered that the saree was damaged and next day i visited Kalyan silks and they offerd 1500/-refund and i rejected
