I am megha from calicut. I have bought a saree in the range of 10k from ernakulam showroom. Now i request you to exchange from Calicut showroom which open on april 20 th.
Kindly let me know whether its possible or not.

I purchased a wedding saree worth 15000 from Kalyan silks on 8th jan 2024 .marriage was on feb 4th on that day i opened the box and wondered that the saree was damaged and next day i visited Kalyan silks and they offerd 1500/-refund and i rejected...

We had very bad worth experience in your packing section staff. Customer is the most important person. So please dont repeat again this issues other persons also....

I order one choli on 15 days ago from official site of kalyani silk even after 20days i didn't receive the product.theybnit replying if mail or wats app and mobile also switch off....

I have placed 1 orders and have not received them its been a month even after mutiple follow up via email and whatsApp they give no response.

Less number of staff in women undergarments purchase section. We have to wait a long time to purchase one....
