[Resolved]  Kalyan Silks, Kottayam — Poor quality of the material

Sir,
I am Jayanthi Deepu from Kottayam. I have purchased a set of churidar material from Kalyan Silks, Kottayam. After stitching, before using, I found a tearing on the clothes. Due to the trust on the quality of the material of Kalyan silks i didn’t kept the bill. I made the payment through credit card. So I can produce the exact date of purchase and bill amount. I informed this on the showroom. Kottayam and they agreed to exchange the clothes. But on producing the clothes they tear off some more parts and finally they refused to change the dress. Please help me.
