Dear Sir/Madam,
Regret to inform you about the misbehavior of M/S Kalyan Silks Meena Bazar, Burdubai show room manager .
We bought materials from this particular shop and wanted to do alteration on a gown, which was already being informed by the sales person while on purchase. But when we were there, they asked us to pay for the alteration and we refused to pay as we’re told the alteration is free.
When we notified this to the person who was at the cash counter(couldn’t get the name seems like manager/in charge of the shop) who was very impolite and arrogant was yelling at us and insulted us in-front of other customers and staff. More over he threw the money on the counter and told us not to visit any of the Kalyan branches, which I think he doesn’t have any right to say that. We were very disappointed on his behavior.
We hope that the management will take a favorable decision on this matter and will update me in this regard. His arrogant behavior would definitely affect your customer flow.
