Please stop action smart, i have sent mail on same day you with my confirmation when you have sent mail. But with my condition. For which
You reply me just, saying you checking with your management and get back to me.

You sent your person to check the unit after 5 day's when you have confirmed to consumer team, that you will fix my issue with in 5 day's. And you saying, you sent two time you vehicle to take where and when, i not find your mail reply on this to my last mail, please stop bluffing being such reputed solar energy organization, don't spoil your company name...

Stop saying that customer is not coordinating and making delay.

Send me warranty extension letter for all delay which is 1 year 6 month and send your vehicle with stand by unit today itself, do confirm me when you going to return. I don't want any standard reply you will take 2 day to 4 day's, i want with date.

I have not taken the kamal solar water unit free of cost, i have paid for that to kamal solar, same time kamal solar team needs to provide the service when customer is reported issue, but all time your team and mgmt take own time to get back and you expecting customer will be silent on your response after such long time?...

I hope your management as visibility to all my mail reply asap...

So kindly improve service and response to customer now

Can you i get requested extended warranty for all your delay and service for my reported issue asap.

@ kamal solar mgmt : request you kindly be prompt at same why when you making business and responding to customer, do same on when customer reporting issue for same product... Don't drag for such long which is going to now 1 year 6 month

Please note you every delay will cost you very high one day... So kindly stop taking such long time,

Do you have time to respond and action to all my complaints to you, since last 1.6 years.

@all cc members: first wanted to say sorry to all i am looping you in this mail for your info and if you can help me any way on this issue.

I just want to bring this to you notice how one pvt company like kamal solar, does the respond to there client with no action and they claim all time customer is not co-operating, they don't have time to respond and take action to my reported complain along with compensation for all there delay.
