Kindly arrange senior technician to fix this leakage ASAP Note :You can't expect customer to pay for this reported issue, which is created by your technician, So stop asking for customer approval for minimum amount. so this complete company responsibility to fix the issue, it's not like you asking customer to play minimum amount
Note : now this issue becoming more worst, the copper water pipe are getting damage due this.
So kindly arrange your senior technical team to address both issue ASAP
