Kamlesh Bardiya — regarding misbehave and not supported in for in running train

Dear sir,
Am travelling from ltt to vishakhapatanam by train 18520 in bogi s7 seat no 66.
Am charge my mobile and sleep in travelling after vijaywada station am check my mobile not available so immediately finding rpf guard and talk about incident but he talk am not responsible.
Am talk them please take my complaint or provide me fir form so am complaint for new sim it required also data is important am a business owner he talk not available fir form etc.
Am talk give me in writing that am informed you they talk not liable to give you.
Also they not ready to share their own information like name batch no etc.
Then am complain to tc they primarily not responsive but after some talk tc give sign on normal paper please suggest or i will take legal action against rpf gpf & railway department
