Kamwalibai.com — Service BAD and Arrogant staff with Bluff on every single call

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to complaint on my recent interaction and registration with Kaamwalibai.com. I m old customer / user for them so I returned back to them seeking help on getting maid for my parents home. Unfortunately this time staff named Jyoti started fake info by saying we already have baai and will give you immediately, this call happened on 24th & 25th Aug23 (Thursday & Friday). I registered again for new service on 25th Aug Friday with them however now tone changed… On Saturday Jyoti responded that it’s Ganpati season so maids unavailable. Surprisingly overnight Ganpati festival related reasons were given. She said need 48 hrs, till Thursday i.e. 31st Aug23 I received on 3 profile over WhatsApp out of which 1 visited, 1 WhatsApp call with Maid & 3rd no response. Pls note at beginning of my conversation with Jyoti I had condition specified of Marathi Baai which was not the case out of 3 who were given to me. 1st was catholic saying past she was Marathi, 2nd was Hyderabadi saying she is has worked with Marathi family and 3rd Marathi from far off didn’t turn up.
Unfortunate part in last call (almost all calls are recorded by me), conversation initiated by Kaamwali baai.com person didn’t sound like Jyoti however claimed she was and was very RUDE. Gave fake info like 5 profile sent at home than clarified on WhatsApp… she did sound clueless as I had already initiated refund mail.
Very annoying and disturbing experience lead me to my time and money no where…
Pls help me to get my Rs.4720/- for services not taken and close the issue.
