The payment for the order was made through the PhonePe app, with the transaction ID[protected]. The recipient UPI ID for the payment was [protected]@oksbi.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through phone calls and emails, I have not received any response regarding the status of my order. The company's website is also unresponsive, and their phone lines are not being attended. It appears that I have fallen victim to an online scam.
I request your urgent intervention in this matter to investigate the fraudulent activities of kannancrackers.in and take necessary legal action against them. I am also seeking assistance in recovering the amount paid for the order.
