I am writing to bring to your attention a case of online fraud and non-delivery of goods. I had placed an order for crackers worth 10, 000 INR from the website kannancrackers.in on 11th March 2024. The payment for the order was made through the PhonePe app, with the transaction ID[protected]. The recipient UPI ID for the payment was [protected]@oksbi.

I ordered crackers for Rs.7691 On 15th of October 2023. My order id is 2023KN13893. I was following up desperately for around 10 days by waiting for the customer care number to get connected for almost two hours a day. They just dragged the order as now and then and finally it was not delivered at all. Very much disappointed and please request you to help in getting the money back. Thanks in advance....

I have ordered Rs.3000 family pack in Kannan Crackers through website, order ID no: 2023KN948, 09.10.2023, but till today 15.11.2023 Crackers not received, they assured to deliver 1st week of November, but it wasn't happened, they are not attending phone calls since 1st November, I lost my money, now they started to scam new badge people for next year Diwali,...

I have ordered crackers through their website a last OCT 6 2023 and yet now did not receive the items. Placed orders for RS. 6000& my order no 2023KN10945.
Got the confirmation from them once after the payment is done and stated you will receive your order beginning of Nov'23.
But now they do not attend the phone calls for any of the listed contact no.
We lost the hope in them & don't think I would receive the items....

I have ordered 4 family pack crackers each worth rupees 3000 and totally paid 12, 000 rupees on 17th & 19th September 2023. Around 50+ days crossed and they sent crackers worth rupees 9000 only (Received only 3 Boxes) but one more box is pending for since ordered and Not responding the call from Kannan crackers and not refund my money rupees 3, 000. Also sent mail to their [protected]@gmail.com but no responses.

I ordered kannan crackers online website sivakasi rs.5000 at October month till now after payment No one response my call, SMS and whatsup call No way to contact them they fake please don't buy from Kannan crackers, Sivakasi website...

Order is pending since October 2022 and refused to refund and also threatening. Just pure scam company who takes money and never refunds or deliver the products. Please never trust Kannan Crackers....

I have ordered online crackers sivakasi of amount Rs 3451 in last September 23...but till now no updates from kannan crackers...no one responded the call and whats app sms...no one pick up the call...so please take an action against kannan crackers sivakasi.....

Our order no 2023KN4543 dated 20/09/2023 for rs.5985/- crackers not delivered and refused to deliver or return our money and threatening us...

I ordered crackers worth 8489 with order number 20234332 as on date 01 apr 2023.They couldn't deliver the order as on time. They offered me refund after 1 week. Even till now i didnt get refund...

Kannan Crackers Sivakasi was the number one fraud company in Sivakasi. They cheated me by not deliver crackers after payment.. I book through their site kannancrackers.in. they never pick customers phone calls after receiving money....

No 1, fraud company. please don't order you will get frustrate. They have more numbers in web site but nobody pick the call. No tracking system. They are money motive. I ordered on 23/sep/2022 and paid amount but still nobody picking my calls. Definitely I'll hack their web site by next year nobody can make any order. I'll close their business.🧨...

This is online crackers selling portal, i placed an order on 08/10/22 and payment done through online on 09/10/22, iam trying to reach this company no one is responding, i tried multiple numbers & multiple times but no one is responding. seems this company is not genuine company, kindly cautious while working with this company....

Kannancrackers coimbatore hashtag also created. Am a kannan from kannan crackers. These kind of issues and scams are never happened in our industries. We are in the field almost 20 years. We receive the order and we delivered in proper and as on time. If we cant deliver the order we returned the payment in even peek time also. First time we purchased with kannan crackers. Just now we get the delivery of my product after waiting & continuous phone contact with lorry driver in the highway from 4 pm to 7 pm. My delivery area is cuddalore but you are delivered the material to pondy.in your website everything is perfect but nobody informed us about the delivery through by contact number. This is not the correct way to deliver the material after getting 100% payment....

Looted the customer. With no prompt and accurate delivery of the crackers. I purchased 13000 rupees of crackers. But then received only rs.8000 worth crackers and then the management is not responding for the remaining amount to revert back. Am completely deceived by the kannan crackers. Nshame on you people.
